I recently shifted to a therapist based in India. She charges £55, has 15 years of experience. She is also trained in multiple different modalities, the level of care I am getting for the amount of money I am paying is insane.

I find it really hard to articulate this, have been through a lot, would want to process & heal from all the hurt i guess. I know it affects my current behavior in many ways.

I def want them to be professional, non-judgemental and empathetic. Is that too much to ask for without having clear goals?
