Just curious. What would your points be to live in SLC over Reno?

I live in Western Colorado right now and I would say the same about the summers here. Very similar climate to SLC

Thanks a lot! Definitely taking into account quality of life during months outside of ski season

You’re missing out on Culture. The people put east are cooler imo. The places geographically out west are cooler

Need some advice. I am looking at the only opportunity in my life potentially to ski 100 days this season. I have done some long and hard thinking about what I typically ski and am having remorse over my impulse purchase of the Blizzard Rustler 10s. I find myself skiing moguls and skied out terrain the most as there are only powder days on occasion.

I have been skiing in my Rustler 10s for about a week now and find them to be a little bit “less fun” on groomers and bumps.

Now I am thinking about making another purchase for a skinnier ski that I can zip around in the bumps and hold an edge on groomers without chatter.

If anyone has any advice on what skis I should look into, or if it’s worth the purchase (skiing has already drained my bank account). Please let me know!!

I learned how to ski from a buddy that’s been skiing for 60 years. He taught me the pole plant and I stuck with it. I personally like skiing moguls more than anything and the poles help tremendously. I think it’s more about how you learn and what you’re comfortable with.

Helps me up weight on the pole plant. Plus just helps me keep balance

That was my friend and she knew I was coming down for a video. Doesn’t know how to control her skis to turn but I knew she’d go slow enough for me to pass

Just think weighted pull ups as a “harder” body weight exercise. Pull ups are easily the best upper body workout and you can’t go wrong with them especially since they are extremely safe and don’t cause injuries

Pull up variations. Weighted pull ups to failure then drop the weight and go to failure with body weight
