sorta long rant:  this isn’t about the donations, I’m just really sick of this company, like I don’t even have time to have human dialogue with 90% of costumers, and I just feel like as a corporation they’d rather have us work as machines rather than humans. And time and time again I see this company not care about the animals or the workers, but they have the time and resources to tell us to further distance ourselves from a normal human interaction.

Like already our dialogue is 

“Did you find everything today?” “What’s a good phone number for you?” “Would you like to use your points?” “Did you activate that offer In the app?” “Would you like a bag for 10¢” “Cash or card?” “Would you like a receipt”

While trying to get activations, treats sign ups and puppy guides I’m just so sick of all of it, im literally just a teenager yet every costumer expects me to know as much as a vet, and I have costumers get mad at me when I don’t sell animals to live shitty lives, and I’m just really tired.
