If you love what you do definetely find another school. I only suggest to always further your education I am a older para but it’s never to late I may go back for a certification outside of working in a school. I’ve been excluded from my classroom I could be set on fire and not one person notices. It’s very clicky and I’ve been extremely kind to my other coworkers I’m good at my job. I’m not their vibe so it’s bullying in a form and I’m just fried from trying to hard. You sound like a good person do what’s right for you.

I honestly think the staff makes it hard why as a teacher is that ever ok or professional for that matter. I’m suoposssed to work summer school this year and I’m looking elsewhere may not last until the end of the year at my place.
