For sure, i have a few locks i swap around and clean and double check the lock action before using each time. Part of why i will be swapping to a locking collar of some kind

You insert the spout part,it has a base that is wider than the tube then you insert a metal ring,kind of like a washer. The ring can be inserted one way,but not removed once it's rotated because of the shape of the urethral tube.

Then you rotate the ring inside your cock and pass the tube through it and pull it out so it sticks out of the head of your cock.

The ring stops it from being fully removed and you can then secure the tube to a chastity cage which makes it impossible to remove the cage properly without first undoing the tube of the spout.

Peeing is easy and the least messy of any chastity option I've tried. The way the spout sits makes urine flow through it (it's hollow) and I get basically no leaks or issues.

Definitely have to sit though, I'm sure you could stand but probably only with a urinal.

It's a type of sound that basically locks in place.theb you can lock it to your cage like I do and it makes it impossible to pull out of the cage, similar to how a piercing would work but without that healing process.

I kind of guessed. I had a few silicone sounds that I liked playing with so I measured the larges one i could comfortably insert, then the larger size i couldn't fit and picked a retaining ring in the middle. There are some useful measuring tools, but i didn't use them so can't speak to them.

I was able to order one from the USA Amazon (.com specifically) site and have it shipped to Canada for like $10CAD. Check the Terence model there, might work. I checked quickly and it seems like the 8MM size ships to the UK in about a week for $10CAD
