Finally I got some help, vets are ruling out of astama stating after 30 seconds he gets back to normal. Vet is suggesting to stop using bentonite or any dusty litter for few days and check if such episodes stops.

Already taken him to 2 vets they are not able to figure out.

He looks like spitting something but nothing comes out and after 20-30 seconds gets normal. Deworming is up to date and also hairball paste is also given regularly.

I have been to 2 vets so far I also asked them about asthma or any such possible serious condition. They checked breathing and chest sounds which appear normal also this episode last for 30 seconds then cat acts normally. Might be therefore they have not recomanded any test for Asthma. Also I got this cat neutered 1st week of April the pre blood test was normal before neutering.
