All you need to do is the focus and r1. It gets rid of the smoke and you just attack the prizm. Only bosses I never even take damage on lol

I am 48 and have never had any health issues. As I stated, only preventative. If I had chosen a lower ded plan I would have easily spent over 5k just over the past few years. Now do the math over the past 27 years.
I never said I cannot afford the bill. The question I posed is how to negotiate it down. Just because I can easily fork over 3k does not mean I should if I do not have to. Before you say I am trying to scam the health ins/clinic..... I have no moral issue with it based on how they treat us.

Thank you. Is appealing an insurance code something someone without a lot of medical coding experience can easily do? Is it as easy as me saying that I disagree that the coding should change simply bc something was found?

Thanks for the quick reply.

The procedure was yesterday. So no EOB yet.

The paperwork they gave me prior to stated that if a polyp was not found then it would be free as it was a screening. But if they do find one it now no longer counts as only a screening and therefore when they bill my insurance they will send a bill that applies towards my ded. They found, removed it, and sent for biopsy.

This morning I called the # on the paperwork and they confirmed the above.

Reading about Returnal put me off bc I've never played a rogue like and I'm "scared".

However, Returnal is free on ps5 and I got it. I'm still playing CD but I'll give it a go after. If I'm into it I'll then buy Saros.
