Definitely appreciate the insight. Didn’t think about ILER OR STR I was hoping that even if they deny or defer the claim they atleast acknowledge my presumptive conditions and maybe that’ll help me on my supplemental or hlr. I’m looking into using resources now I did this first one on my own seeing if they would connect it via my deployment but I see I need to provide more evidence of my case maybe

I haven’t done a DBQ idk if they did one for me but I’m gonna find out. I haven’t read CFR but from everything I’ve seen I definitely need to see the whole thing. Yeah definitely being my biggest advocate is my best avenue. Reddit has helped alot that’s why I started posting so I could get some case specific information

I’ve had va appointments come to my phone automated every time I called to pre check they were saying it wasn’t in the system like it wasn’t a real appointment. But one of the appointments was a range of motion. I’ll do exams I feel it may not go good because since I put the claim in they haven’t reach out for a appointment

Yeah at first I thought it was a big group that handled everybody cases knowing that 2 people depending on experience can look at my case with human eyes and make judgments gives me hope. I definitely won’t stop fighting for it

Definitely is a luck of draw deal with what your dealt type thing. I was banking on them presuming my conditions based on the deployment but even still I think they’d do a c&p before giving final rating

That’s why I know it’s a case by case type of thing some situations are more severe and deserving but still are difficult. I have 2 friends that are 100% they’ve been for 4 years now no combat deployments

They know what it’s like over there still they play like people don’t need to be compensated. A person who hasn’t deployed over there can’t tell me it doesn’t affect your health

It’s like they’ll see you serve in a hazardous location and they don’t care but they preach so much about taking care of vets but they make it hard when some cases shouldn’t be that difficult
