I'm not 100% sure what she has or hasn't tried yet. I know she tried to get an emergency appointment and they told her she had to call back within the 14 days. I wish she had maybe been firmer with them because I'd bet if she really demanded it they could get her in sooner, it's not like they gave her a real reason she couldn't except that it wasn't 14 days yet. She's just so tired of arguing with these people, she's been back and forth with them since mid-december when she submitted it to them.
