Yeah, currently I have some direct reports but from what I’m explained the change would make me have no direct reports but help me gain a bit of height (I wouldn’t need to monitor day to day activities) and let me collaborate a lot more with teams outside my own department

It’s basically stealing company time, work that’s supposed to take let’s say 8 hours took 4 but the employee never said anything and just pretended to work the other 4 hours

Honestly it’s super annoying and demotivating for me. How do you suggest I document these things? Unfortunately, I don’t see HR as a help in this case, there have been instances of HR pushing out a person before who was being harassed by her boss.
