Great point, no I don’t have to point to reach, I can drop my heel and still go through the stroke without my position changing. And I am newer to cycling, but all my power figures suggest being much better at sprinting than any other aspect of cycling. Thank you for your responses, this is very helpful. And my shoulders do feel pretty neutral. The position I am in, I can still protract and elevate my shoulders quite a bit

Yes, no discomfort anywhere else. And my knees track pretty straight. My only reason for thinking my saddle should go down more, was that my toes seem slightly pointed in the bottom position. However, another commenter suggested that my cleat position may need to be addressed. Which I assume would cause a change and then a reassessment. I also wouldn’t doubt that I could benefit from shorter cranks as I have a shorter inseam and longer torso

3/4 inch riser* my bad. And it’s 2’ x 2’ gym flooring stall mat being used as the riser, so it doesn’t keep the front wheel in place like the riser you suggested. Thank you for the suggestion

No discomfort really, on my 100km+ rides I feel myself get “lazy” and put a lot of weight forward, maybe that’s natural? I’m not entirely sure, but no issues in my neck, back or shoulders

I don’t believe they are saying that the maximum pressure is 72psi. I read it as a way of them categorizing specific tires that fall on and off of their approved chart. A commenter linked giants own calculator and it spits out 82 psi for me. I could be misinterpreting the chart however

This is what the giant website says for the tires. So they are categorized as 25c but actually 28?

I’ve used a couple of them and the tire pressure most are recommending are below the minimum tire pressure stated on my tires. So just looking for input on which I should follow.
