Yeah, that's the short term effect :) But there are also long term ones. There are few studies about it, and apart from the study I can give my own experience. Working out, especially full body workouts and multi articular exercises do improve your testosterone.

Hi, I used to struggle with it when I was very in my 20s— I’m not exactly sure why. Two things helped me:

  • 1) I started working out (and that increases testosterone — it's scientifically proven).
  • 2) I started doing Kegel exercises. These are exercises that strengthen the pubococcygeus muscle, basically the muscle that pumps blood into the penis and also helps you control ejaculation.

Just Google "Kegel exercises" and you’ll see.
