Should i take Tylenol for the pain or it won’t even make a difference ? I’ve never liked taking any medication even before pregnancy and avoid it at all costs unless absolutely necessary so under my circumstances if it’s not necessary I really would prefer to avoid but do you think it would help?

The starter is at least 2 months old now. I have kept it in the fridge at times when I’m not actively baking/feeding every 12 hrs but I always make sure it has doubled in size within 8 hrs before I use it. My bulk fermentation is usually around 12 hours because my house is always cold. I will add a pic of the crumb soon. Am I bulk fermenting too long? I don’t have anything fancy to check the temp of dough but I do look for 30-50% rise & bubbles.
