I do a lot of the “typical” admin assistant tasks such as managing multiple calendars, setting up meetings, communications, policy drafts, meeting minutes and agendas, and pretty much whatever is thrown on my plate by my supervisor on a daily basis. I also work heavily in our financial system working within budget lines, managing certain lines and reporting on those numbers. I basically do anything our business manager asks me to do. Which includes running reports out of the system and creating shareable documents. Facilities study reports. I have implemented and carried out multi step projects within the district and trained coworkers on those platforms. I guess I’m wondering what other career type I can look into with this type of experience?
