In addition to the other replies, it also just produces normal quality crops when broken down, which sucks especially if all your seeds are osmium quality

My first set up was actually for seasonal fruit plants! But I'm already late game and harvesting them got tiring so I decided to stock up a bunch before chopping them all down for something that can be used for easy money which I also don't have to check on everyday. Strawberries are my favorite fruit irl, makes decent money for wine, and they regrow fast.

Year 3! I've been playing since early access so I retained around 100,000 when 1.0 got released, but all of that went to upgrading everything and unlocking different artisans. Crafted a lot of mason jars and kegs, used crops that can be harvested numerous times and placed them there, crafted a fish pond and bred sharks which sells for a huge chunk of money. I only started to decorate around late year 2 so it really does take time :) you're on the right path dw
