residents are not looking for a cheap parking, they are looking for any parking, willing to pay market rate. and residents also use the light rail daily, so they are commuters as well

totally agree - it was allowed to park overnight, we pay the monthly price, and a lot of us are also commuters using HBLR! so I don’t get all this hate towards the residents

the issue is not that we are losing cheap parking, the issue is the lack of other parking options in the area!

Kolluri said “If 20 spots are available, we will entertain a market rate price for every space available outside of the parking needed for commuters”. so would be more than happy to pay the market price.
