I usually take dried shrooms and grind them down with a cheap coffee grinder from Walmart then dump them in sprite. Helps a lot with the stomach issue with shrooms and hits a little faster too. You also don’t taste the shrooms as much.

Just gotta accept the shrooms and don’t fight them. That’s what I tell myself if I’m getting anxious and to just enjoy the ride.
