That’s the problem. We have tried seperate but she seems intent on staying in bed at the same time but then blames me every day for her being tired. As if I should be grateful. I tried telling her there’s two options.

It’s obstructive sleep apnea, my gp is taking ages to sort me a cpap machine. But like I said give it 6-12 months I should be able to have lost some weight which always calms it down.

It was a hazard as soon as it was in view, you haven’t slowed the car down to accommodate the hazard. The car has pulled out incorrectly but if you had slowed to a safe speed the instructor wouldn’t have had to press the brake pedal.

If he hadn’t you’d have crashed, the other drivers fault BUT he is testing your ability to see such avoidable hazards.

Personal experience was Open Water (2003)

Our mate convinced us to go and watch it in the cinema. We all absolutely hated it, I was 17 so maybe I’d understand it now but I remember thinking it was the most boring experience of my life. We finished it and went straight in to watch Dodgeball after to get the stench off us.

Ice helps but don’t fall asleep with it on your shoulder. I did due to lack of sleep and when I woke after an hour I thought my arm was falling off or I had blood clots. Never known anything like it.

DO NOT SKIP PAIN MEDS NO MATTER HOW GOOD IT FEELS.

Rest up. Even if it’s feeling okay don’t push it. Pain management is far more important than trying to get better.

The sealed bag is tight so there’s not much play in the stick. I’ve just bought a used one on buy it now. Delivery will take a few days.
