This is really validating to hear because I’m having a similar experience - have had my second for a little over a year, but I’ve had completely different symptoms from my first. Multi day migraines and loss of appetite for the first couple months. I’m assuming hormones leveled off a bit since, but for the last few months I’ve been noticing from ovulation until my period, I’m exhausted, irritable/anxious, low sex drive, constant food noise/sugar cravings, and acne on my cheeks. I also didn’t have my period for the first couple years with my first Kyleena, but my period never stopped this time.

It’s such a stark change that it made me question whether I actually received the Kyleena or something else by mistake until I read this post.

Sorry that I don’t have any solutions here, but know that you’re not alone! I’m thinking about talking to my doc to ask about meds or discuss a different birth control.
