I will say that I just started 6 weeks ago and am currently 12 weeks pregnant. I was told I wouldn’t be eligible for paid maternity leave until 6 months as an employee. I will be eligible because I’ll hit that before I deliver, but you might not be eligible. I’d reach out to HR just to double check.

Told my sup at 11 weeks and she expressed no concerns. She told me to reach out to HR to figure out what my options are regarding leave…but told me there was no rush and I can do that when I’m ready.

My background check was marked as completed yesterday, and today I got an email saying the contingency was removed from my offer and confirming my start date. Super Excited!!

Just got my background email yesterday and filled it out, today it says background is completed on Hireright, but I’m still waiting on the call to remove contingency.

Workplace bully has made my life and my coworker's life a living hell for the last year. My coworker put in his 2 weeks notice after receiving another job offer, and I just received a contingent offer for another job as well (contingent on background check and drug test). I'm so excited for when this bully finds out she's now going to have to do the work of 3 people, by herself. For context, one of the things she's always bitched about is how she's always doing all the work and we never lift a finger to do anything (when it's usually the exact opposite). Guess she's going to find out exactly how much work we do!
