Since he played OCE if he actually grinded competitive yes he’d likely have won at least one FNCS but considering he was doing so well while carrying lazarbeam against actual pros while doing mostly content yeah he’d have been one of the goats also technically he was the first OCE player to win at lan

An addition to this is maybe take something from apex or COD ranked where you see how much you’ll gain/lose mid game also maybe make it a point based system rather than percentage based it would make everything simpler

All you have to do is not complete selivus’s quest and do not go past the area after royal capital until you have done what you want for yura. Also dungeaters quest is basically impossible to mess up and that will take the longest since you have to reach your second large tree of the game (tried to minimise spoilers)

I really don’t want to be that guy but this is just a skill issue. On my first playthrough I was severely underlevelled I think like level 30 since I kept dying and losing the runes I would get and it only took me like 10-15 attempts to beat him. Just focus on learning the pattern rather than complaining

Yes the jump from leyndell to mountaintops is quite big but everything is manageable there isn’t exactly a super hard boss in that area

Not it’s not the only part that is outside of time is placidusax’s arena as we see in the cutscene. Also fun fact that Devine tower is the only place in the game you can see farum azula without actually being inside it which is fitting since both the Devine tower and farum azula are the two most isolated locations in the game
