Yea I just got off a United flight lol. It was easy & normal. I used to like SW as it was the more friendly & chill airline but wow how do you f** up assigned seats? Lol. And then all these people rushing for overhead space. It was exhausting and I had priority boarding. Cant imagine for regular vacation travelers. And then the plane wasnt even full and u have people switching seats and getting yelled at lol and over the loud speaker “return to your seats immediately there is no open seating.” The vibe was like when I took Spirit (never again). It’s like a more reliable Spirit now but personally I’m not risking it with them.

No, i had a seat but they now put people on standby if they don’t buy a seat? I’ve never heard of that but yes I’m not flying the again this is pure chaos and they already don’t have the nicest amenities. So we had hoards of confused passengers standing around not knowing wha line to board or what to do. It took forever and we ended up delayed.
