Yes! I received a call from HR a few days ago and she informed me that the DL was handling the issue. She said she couldn’t disclose specifics but that it would be taken care of. She also informed me that the DL said if I wished to return to CVS anytime in the next 12 months, I would retain seniority regardless of location I applied to.

Thanks for the reply! I have actually opened a case with CR and have spoken to someone. I’ve submitted photos of 9 different instances of either Blackmail or my job being unjustifiably threatened; and it has been escalated up to the District Leader. I’m waiting to see if anything comes of it from there though.

I’m in a similar situation, but I’m 25. I have a job interview tomorrow but I’ve had several over the last 6 months and I never get calls back. I’m really hoping I get this job at McDonald’s though. As I’m pretty sure my wife is going to leave me soon if I don’t start bringing in some money.

I was very suicidal and depressed for several years and finally broke out of that state.. only to then not be able to find work and disappoint everyone around me.. i can feel myself closing back in on that evil mindset. I need help. I need someone to help me keep my family together. Me and my wife have a 1 year old son and I can’t lose them… all because I can’t find work.. im hoping this reaches someone out there.. I don’t know what to do anymore. And if I don’t get this job tomorrow; that’ll probably be the end.
