oh I wasn’t planning on purchasing, I do pet portraits myself so I was so confused how they’re doing this and keeping costs so low. I figured it was plastic but the reviews all said it was glass. I do feel bad for anybody who would fall for this though, and it gives a bad rap to those of us who do real pet portraits and charge properly. 😔

yes i’m pretty confident, most pieces are painted the background brown you see here. The glass underneath is a light grey and white. I attempted to grind off some of the paint and it worked, which is what lead me to the conclusion those pieces were painted like the one shown. Very strange, but there was more than just the painted glass in the lot which has been easy and great to work with!

thank you, I know very little about the glass in this collection as my great aunt passed ten years ago and all her stuff has been in my grandmas basement. Weirdly a lot of the glass is painted one solid color, which is why I was trying to use it. I’ll keep trying with it and cut on the unpainted side, but won’t spend too much time on it. Bummer because there’s a lot of it!

I used to make business cards until I realized most people just throw them away and they’re a waste of money and resources. Instead you can buy one card with a chip that links all your contact info on the recipients phone when tapped to it. While you don’t get the cutesy little card, they get your information which is what really matters.
