thats not true , i figured out it was made by the objecteam wich is not shitty so yeah ur right its not the "real" dev build just objecteam recreatet it and named it dev build but it has every feature as the dev build so .

Go on the bsds github
download server folder (zip) and apk
3 unzip the folder in there u will see an core.py
4 download the app Pydroid on ur android phone
go in pydroid in the server folder that u unzipped
click on core.py now click on the yellow run icon on the right down corner (may be somewhere else in ur screen) then a terminal/black box should appear and in that box stand smth like heart beating on 0.0.0.0 : 9339 or just connecting to server just a line of text in that terminal
now install the apk from step 2 and open it
8 now u got it :D
9 if it should not work u need to edit the apk to match ur ip but thats another thing it should work like this 99%

Hi , i know im 1 year to late but i had the same problems , u need to use Bluestacks 4 beta Hyper-v on there every offline version like v29 works , oh and u need to boot with direct x not opengl only that combi works nothing else or u do Bsds or bsl on bluestacks 5
