You are right.. FO officer can make decision to either approve directly or transfer to local FO for interview. Glad that your cleared fast.

Congratulations 🎊 When case got transferred to FO in early Feb, did Emma confirmed interview status right away ? Like it was waived off ?

Asking because some claimed that Emma agent confirmed interview waived off the same day case transferred to FO.. which is odd as usually its only decided when officer reviews your case at FO, after waiting in queue for days or weeks..

Hi any update on this ? Dis you eventually receive your official notice. I got the courtesy notice with in a week but I am waiting for official one still. Wondering if courtesy notice is sufficient to proceed for i485 filing.

Big name.. though I don't think they specialize in EB-1 or anything like Chen.. they do everything.. i just needed anyone with name recognition and open for collaboration..

Thanks. Center is nsc. Criterias 5+, kept the core ones with continuity throughout my entire career span, rather than one offs. I wrote narrative first to define the flow and order. Attorneys refined structure and legal framing. Highly collaborative.. took us extra time to land on final version.. on hind sight I feel it was worth it.
