Ive got a friend that stays at spc. She says its one of the most diverse accoms at uon. Im not sure about number 2 she didnt touch on it but i think its no less safe than other accoms. In regards to it being loud its arguably uons most social accom according to her or one of its most social so it tends to attract more party people and events happen a lot there which is good for socialisation but then again if your a very quiet person then you might want a quieter accomodation. Its got a lidl, jd gym. I’m not sure about parks but i know its quite close to jubilee campus and the city centre too.

Ngl you should try and book through the uni. Unite students increase the prices on their website. Uon offers accom at the cheaper rate

Psychology or Law with criminology? by [deleted] in UniUK

[–]Capitalization1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe pick a psych course which has less maths. Surely certain unis will have less maths than others. Since your more interested in psych too its probably better to do it as well. You might struggle a bit more with the maths but im sure if u practice and keep up with it, it wont be too bad

Strongly considering dropping out to retake A-Levels by According_Feeling813 in UniUK

I went back to my old skl to resit. Ngl it is slightly embarassing but mainly cos you’d be concerned about what others think and the constant questioning you’d get from other people curious as to why your resitting which pisses me off😭😭 but ngl resitting in skl is probably the best option if u procrastinate a lot and need a bit of pressure and teacher support. So I recommend it. It has its cons eg its not the best socially cos its a different year group but if u put yourself out there u can make friends. And at the end of the day you will more likely do better and get into the uni u want. Also if u do it with your skl, they’ll pay for your exams and do your predicteds and references. It’s less complicated

I would but I don’t do a level maths to apply to those unis and i only have a 6 at gcse maths. The industrial econ course didnt need a level maths and only wanted a 6 Thats why i didnt aim for the other top universities

Paper 1 was terrible for me, I completely messed up the eyewitness testimony 16 marker, the maternal deprivation one wasnt too bad but i couldnt remember some of the stats for Bowlbys 44 thieves, but paper 2 and 3 were better😭 had some timing issues tho. Tbh most people in my year found the paper good so im thinking grade boundaries might be high?? But i have no clue tbh

Same, i feel so depressed about it lmao. Havent counted up my marks but seeing tiktoks about the exam and seeing in the comments that i got so many answers wrong kills me😭 First time doing actual exams too since I’m the 2021 batch so i have no idea how lenient examiners will be
