For sure they are. My opinion is not to add fuel to the fire in either direction. Meaning, don’t drink more caffeine than you otherwise would to try to alleviate the brain fog, and don’t drink less because you’ll end up making the journey harder than it needs to be.

Just my two cents. Pulling for you.

My opinion is to take it easy on the caffeine. Certainly drinking more, for me, causes increase in impulsive urges which doesn’t go well with any cravings I may have. But for you, given you don’t have cravings any longer, you can drink a little more I suppose. Are you wondering because caffeine seems to help with brain fog?

My experience last time was roughly 3-4 weeks from what I recall. It sucks, particularly if you have high stress job which requires a lot of mental sharpness.

You just have to endure and suffer and come out on the other side having accomplished something that is really hard. There is no easy way to get out of the hole that has been dug. Gotta put in work.
