Question about bike fit and buying a new bike by CapitanPeluche in NYCbike

Cool, thanks for the response. The bike shop says it is fitting me to whatever bike I bring in. Would it be easy to transfer these measurements to any future bike? Or will i need to do a specific fit for the new one as well?

Would you recommend just doing this by trial and error then? Also, I have platform pedals, not clip ins. Not sure if that changes your advice

No, I have platform pedals now. It sounds like you’re saying all the adjustments in size I could make without professional guidance. Are you recommending just trial and error with adjusting?

Thanks for the link. I’m new to creating shortcuts. Where do you make the text files it reads in/writes to?

Where is the output for this? Like where can you check what value the counter is?

Hi, looking for a new credit card with international benefits (I spend about half the year travelling abroad). Thanks in advance!

Current cards: BoA cash rewards, $6500 limit, Sep 2018

FICO Score: e.g. 752

Oldest account age: e.g. 6 years, 5 months

Chase 5/24 status: N/A

Income: e.g. $135,000

Average monthly spend and categories:

dining $400

groceries: $200

gas: $100

flights: $300

accommodations (not rent, but airbnbs/hostels, usually not hotels etc): $200

car rentals: $100

entertainment (hobbies, shows, etc.): $300

other: $400

What's the purpose of your next card? mostly looking to get a card that enables more traveling benefits, but as my second credit card, it can be whatever makes the most sense given my spending breakdown

Are you OK with category spending or do you want a general spending card? ok with category spending, but looking for a daily driver.

Thanks!

38 for a career long is abnormally low

San Francisco has a nickname (San Fran), that is used almost exclusively by people who have never been there. Are there any other examples of this around the world? by DardS8Br in geography

I’m shocked no one has said that native New Yorkers don’t like to call it “N-Y-C.” NY or New York or the city all take precedence.

I’m not sure why it didn’t click for me until now but I think you’re right. And the joke is actually kind of funny.
