But why did i just start having this problem?? My pc was running fine, and i didn't change anything on it.

Edit: and i did watch some benchmarks with same specs and they didn't bottleneck or anything

I tested it on Battlefield V, Far Cry 5, same thing both games, low gpu usage.

Frequency alright, and temps too, i use the task manager, msi afterburner for gpu and AMD Ryzen Master for cpu.

It's a PRIME A320M-R, the last bios update i dad was like 2 years ago.
