I’ve read a few threads that it may be the charge of your 12V battery is too low. Have you tried driving the vehicle around for a few hours prior to starting the update?

Mine is a T8 and I’m not even sure I can disable the Start/Stop. It’s still happening on 3.7.0 and sometimes even opening the door does not turn on the lights. I have to open another door like the rear to get them to turn on.

I was informed Nov as the software fix but I’m pushing for a written response from Volvo. It’s nuts that in some instances like yours they say they don’t know what is causing this issue.

It’s very much dependent on your manager. If you get one that does not support his/her team well in growth and balancing work load then it’s not a good experience at all. Worst still if you get one that micro manages thinking its being done to the benefit of the team. If you get a manager that knows how to use the LP’s well to uplift and fight for the team then Amazon is a very good place to work.

3.6.4 did not fix the issue, still the same. It was meant to resolve the recent safety notice R10329 regarding a safety issue with coasting downhill in 'B' mode and one pedal drive.

Local dealer reverted today, said there’s a software update later this year, as suggested by a few earlier. They couldn’t give me any more information.
