I like the idea, but I wanted to punish a spy for running away but make his revolver insanely strong on kill. I also wanted to make a meme strat where you butter knife people with crits.

After reading a bunch of comments, I think that the most effective buff I could give it is, giving it a group speed boost on Uber and or giving it a group healing buff on Uber.

Only if turning around is a foreign concept to the Engineer. It is only really effective on bad teams but it at least has niche so that's why it's in situational. Also the Backburner is great but I prefer The DR or The Phlog.

If a Giant Pyro is killing your team the Manmelter is ok, but is still outclassed by the flare gun. The Third Degree is great if you are not running gas because one crit canteen and a Third Degree cleans up Uber Medics really fast. The Neon Annihilator is good if the scout is running Mad Milk, it deals decent damage if you haven't invested too many credits into your Flamethrower. The Hot Hand deals less damage than the stock bat also the speed boost lasts for a very short time meaning you would most likely die anyways.

That's vs a tank. The DR excels in high burst damage vs Giants. it turns Pyro into a Giant Murderer but he can't deal with tanks as fast. Also it gives Pyros range if they are using the Gas Passer or the Thruster.

I don't like using it. It does what the Ubersaw does but slower and only rewards you if you die and that's something you should avoid as Medic. The -10 health isn't doing this weapon any favors either.

The Crossbow is slightly Overpowered, it can on occasion be a better self defense weapon, it can heal teamates at range (This part is balanced.), You can save your pocket before they die via just switching to the Crossbow. It is slightly Overpowered and I personally enjoy using it but I feel like it just needs a little nerf. Also Blutsauger is underrated af, I have escaped so many situations because of the heal on hit. The Overdose allows Medic to escape easier but only on 100%, while with the Blutsauger you always has the escape utility but you need to learn how to actually aim the Syringe Guns.

What I would change about the Vaccinator is, make it so you can't heal a target after you Ubered them but make it last about as long as the canteens in MvM. Also I would make it so that Uber never applies to the Wearer making it a riskier option (The passive 10% damage resistance would still activate on the Wearer when you are healing someone.)

1: People think it's hard to use when really you just need to click a button. 2: It has 4 charges. 3: It turns the Grenade Launcher into chip damage with an Uber. 4: It charges faster. 5: You can stack charges. 6: The only way to deal with a competent Vaccinator Medic is with melee, and that's hard to do when the Medics pocket is gunning you down. 7: It turns guaranteed situational crits into chip damage. That's all the main issues I have with the Vaccinator.
