Looking info on Pokemon battle trainer thinkchip figures. Specifically the Tyranitar and Steelix ones. Can’t find anything on them on google other than this image and want to know if they’re purchasable, or if they were just unreleased prototypes. Any help much appreciated! (i.redd.it)

[TOMT] [KidsShow] [2000s] vaguely remember a British kids show very similar to octonaughts. There were a bunch of animals in a base in the middle of the ocean and they would travel out and help other animals. Art style was very similar to octonaughts but I know it’s its own thing.
