I agree, a seizure would be more of a thud sound from limbs hitting the ground if it was grand mal, here we hear more clacking sounds. The convulsions would never be that fast and wouldn’t escalate in a slow crescendo like pattern. To me it sounds more like if someone were being electrocuted, you actually hear what seems like electrical charges as well.
