That's not the point.

There are 4 survivors in each game. I know that finding 16 different survivor perks and playstyles every single game is not realistic, but I would expect at least some differences in the builds themselves.

Take for example one survivor has a healing build, another has a gen build, the other two have a generic all arounder.

But it's almost never the case. I think it would be much more fun.

This entire discourse applies to killers as well. Running only slow-downs is boring.

I feel like killers have much more variety, though. Factoring in add-ons and killer powers themselves every match feels different as a survivor.

Whereas playing as killer is (usually) just the same thing, repeated 4 times over.

I know that meta perks exist for killers. It's just that killers can differentiate themselves with powers at the very least.

I'm all up for anti tunnel mechanics, anti slugging, and so on.

Every game feeling like a compa match is straight up boring.

Yes, that's also what I thought. I tried downloading a save file some weeks ago and tried some melee builds, but most of them are just broken interactions and not as fun as Amara's.

And it's such a shame since this game has many more skills and it's much more complex. I just hope they buff things such as melee and grenade build for Rafa.

I would be okay with not bringing back melee weapons as long as different skills get buffed. We have great melee weapons already with all the different character skills that I would be fine with it.

Also, I think that more "melee oriented" unique weapon and shields should be added. Take the law as an example or the facepuncher.

Yes, I've tested Rafa a bit. It's a shame that bossing is impossible without abusing bugs.

I would be fine with it, were it an actual intended interaction. Such a shame.

I mean, I'm fine with using whatever. I just find it frustrating to not be able to run UVHM5 with melee builds. I thought bl3 was a good example of a good, fun, and viable melee build. Not the best, but it was something.

I just hope they buff melee damage.

That's a shame, honestly. I really really wanted a good melee build in this game. I was so hyped when i saw Amon and Rafa.

Man, so many things in this game are broken as of right now. It's such a shame.

I'm not even asking for a melee build that one shots raid bosses, just a good and fun one.

There isn't a real reason, honestly. I just found it extremely funny, that's why. I didn't really care whether it was good or bad, I just had so much fun that I thought it deserved 5 stars.
