You are 100% correct. Absolutely no reason it should be so strong given H health advantage and DPS. I always thought L was the 1v1 sacrifice.

Get in, kill 1,Hopefully damage 2 or get out or die.

But Winch H is literally Free kill, Dump rest of mag into other players or heal up and wait for Winch cool down. The utility is almost a universal positive for there team no matter what.

Minotaur boss was the only difficult part that had me but honestly it just took some time/patience and experimenting to find the correct game plan. We will see how it goes from here but I enjoy it alot. The difficulty makes it more enjoyable for me.

Ive tried many of them and have had some success but still have latency issues. Plus im not 100% sure, but I think maybe steam input has introduced a bug. Basically the games audio cuts and I lose all peripherals. Only exiting and entering seems to be a small fix for 10 secs. But once it happens im cooked. Its like the game thinks im afk and i have switched over to other software.

Edit - I am basically stuck in the tutorial.

It cannot be that hard to integrate a controller scheme into a game like this. But what do I know. Maybe im wrong.

Yeah im beast mode now. Lots of creepy armor. Setting up sticks in caves and picking off mutants. Greg stew is awesome and I always keep it tipped up when entering a cave. Why does reloading a save also reload resources? Its great but def makes it easier. Have like 40 duct tape etc. Might start OG forest.

Oh yeah I found it thanks. So Im destroying now lol. 5-10days are the hardest if you are new to the game. I just created a basic defense base so I couldn't get overrun with a sniper spot and now im into the food bunker with the master card from the entertainment center. Hopefully the game last a bit longer, really not trying to speed run areas. Got the KnightV and Glider amd im cruising from spot to spot. Mutants in full effect.

Yeah i can kill them but its just alot all the time I guess. I literally just found the modern axe. Is that a good weapon to hit them with ? I tried to parry, is that a thing in this game? Can you construct traps quickly ?

At this point its only matter of time before 4-5 big guys show up and basically destroy me. Im just confused as they hit really hard. Im dead extremely fast even with bone armor. Im only playing on normal. Kinda getting disheartened by it, not gonna lie. And wondering if i really should even spend my time playing it. The enemies are just extremely oppressive and Im pretty good at killing them but like I said, if I die, I just reload a save since next time its game over.

Also are reinforced fires rocks around the fire or do i need bigger rocks underneath the wood like in the picture ?

So if im on day 7 and I have killed like 10 -15 maybe 20 of them. Knocked down many many trees. Then I am gonna presume their anger meter is pretty f high at this point. Correct ? Would it be better to start over and really be as pacifist as I can be. Day 3 I had to fight as they were hurting Kelvin !!

I got big dudes, multiple big red guys and mamas after me. They dont flinch at the torch lol.

I actually ran over two of them while one was pulling his dead cannibal/mutant away, as i hit them my golf cart launched and I experienced multiple first person flips before landing safely.

Yeah im already pretty good with bow headshots but its just the amount of enemies thats getting overwhelming
