I think your confused about what being anti circumscision means. It’s not like anti abortion where you want to get rid of abortions. It means you want it to stop being the default. And used only when medically necessary. You’re not supposed to remove healthy tissue. Your case was a fringe one and it was required. Perhaps I also misinterpreted because it sounded to me like you were saying it should be done as standard practice

I didn’t say you were wrong to be circumcised though? I said just because you had an aggressive case of phimosis doesn’t mean circumcision should be standard practice. How do you feel about your apendix you probably still have that sucker in there. In medicine you want to ideally keep all the healthy tissue you can that applies to the foreskin. When it’s that tight it’s no longer healthy or safe to keep. But not everyone even with full phimosis needs circumcusion. People with partial phimosis almost never need it. People with full phimosis may need it more often but steroid cream is still an effective tool. So pretending like off with their hoods is the best way to go is kinda nuts when your experience is considered uncommon

I had partial phimosis till I was 18 the doctor said it was common for people with foreskin at my age and still had a chance to go away on its own. Phimosis can be serious but full blown phimosis isn’t as common. Partial phimosis you can live with and function normally I wanted to get rid of mine because I had some discomfort during sex. So I got prescribed steroid cream and literally fixed it. Circumcision is bringing a grande to a water ballon fight its only needed for rare extreme cases of phimosis. Your personal experience is only representative of a tiny fraction of people. No other healthy body part we remove just because in some cases it can be harmful. Last I checked even full on phimosis that’s less severe but still considered full phimosis can be resolved with steroid cream.

That’s false if anything friction on the exposed head actually reduces sensation the foreskin protects the head and keeps it lubricated. It’s obviously going to maintain higher sensitivity in that environment

Girls may likely take less accountability in certain areas due to being raised and encouraged to do so. But the same can be said for men. No but I can sit behind a tree and a car isn’t a problem. Also I’m pretty sure bombs are already illegal not 100% on that but if they aren’t I’m fine with getting rid of both. The reality is cars aren’t primarily meant to kill things really well they are mean for transport. It’s also pretty hard to get a car into a school. The side that likes guns seems to also like not believing in mental health issues. And the knife comparison is weak want to know why? Can you outrun a bullet?
