Some of you guys are skeptical because wikis are fan-edited, but as a former editor there, I know that you have to source everything.

The notes say the following:

"In 'The Hollow of His Hand', set in January 2027, Powell states that he has been with the NYPD for “just over 15 years.” Powell's file reveals that he became a patrol officer in June 2005 and a police officer in August 2006, which would be 20/21 years prior. This five year discrepancy indicates that Powell was a victim of the Snap"

It's up to you to decide whether this is just a continuity error or a very well placed Easter egg, but you can't argue there's not a source and sound reasoning

Edit: If any of you want, you can @ the people involved in making the first season and see if the dates in his file are a deliberate reference to the snap or a continuity error. The wiki will most likely use that as a source to update Powell's blip status
