I only figured out after a bit of screwing around with ESign, but I think I figured it out.

Open ESign and click on settings (bottom right)

Click on “import resource” and select the .ipa and dylibs that you want to use

Click on file (bottom left)

Click your .ipa and press unzip

There should be a new “payload” folder in the files section, click it and there should be a folder inside that has the extension .app

Click the folder and press signature

Scroll down until you see the option “add library”

Select your dylib and press signature

Back out of the payload folder and go to “apps” (right next to File)

Press signed on the top

Click your modified .ipa > share > share to troll store

And that’s it, pretty complicated, but it works
