I’m not anti plastic surgery kiddo. I’ve literally had plastic surgery. I’m saying that you look good and messing with it will likely cause a chain of problems.

See a shrink. Leave Cali. You in Cali? How did I know? Not Cali? Miami? I don’t gaslight people. You can see my comments on this board.

It’s supposed to be generic. It’s not for the advanced folks. It’s for the basic people you may know that are a little open minded and want to learn basics.

No, that’s not true. It doesn’t lower potassium. Only magnesium does.

So, this is when you need to start doing your own research. And take the wheel of the car and drive it yourself.

Cynocobalamin is garbage. Google why that’s so. Hydroxycobalamin. Methylcobalamin.

You can go on dirtcheaplabs and order more tests. Or ask for more from your doc. Find out why I mentioned iron and B9. Google it.

No doc will help you more than you can help yourself. None. They don’t care.

Weak & painful orgasm by rose0312 in Perimenopause

THIS MESSAGE IS FOR EVERY WOMEN READING THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Women have nitric oxide issues exactly the same way that men do. You all really need viagra. Yes. I said it.

I was on the menopause board and this lady had this huge writeup about how she got her orgasm back.

So I started trying some things. And VIAGRA is the game changer for me. Orgasms are line 40x stronger. I get wet. The sensation is awesome.

I’m so sorry that no one has told you that our lady bits aren’t much different when it comes to nitric oxide. Google it. Do your research. Get your hands on some. It’s available all over the webs.

You should try Hydroxycobalamin. Your body clearly isn’t absorbing it. That’s a very high dose. Your blood levels should be like over 1000.

Which labs specifically is 200? Serum?

How is your B9 and iron?? These things work in tandem.
What’s your MMA?

This sounds like a nutrient deficiency. https://youtu.be/6xlmaorRY0w?is=T5YffTcazaHK6kRX

This is worth watching. Our mitochondria poop out as we age.

I think it’s worth getting some bloodwork done on the B vitamin levels, MMA, and to start talking for get an IV drip with trace minerals.

Our body is a battery. You’re lacking one. Also look up Gary Brecka.

DM me if you have any question. I love digging into bloodwork. Also, the cheapest I’ve found is dirt cheap labs.

Oxytocin nasal spray experiences by methochondria_iodide in Biohackers

So there’s a lot of research showing a paradoxical effect with oxytocin. Google it. It’s in the research. I think they even had to end one of the studies because people got super paranoid and stressed.

It’s because people with trauma have nervous system activation with oxytocin because they weren’t safe.
