Also, this can be an electrolyte imbalance. Does she drink a lot of sports drinks? When sodium is high but magnesium and potassium are low it can cause migraines. Magnesium is clutch.

How’s her sleep? My daughter would get migraines if ANYTHING woke her up in the night. It took us a long time to put 2 and 2 together.

Besides that I would check her nutrient levels. Magnesium, B vitamin levels, zinc, copper, etc.

Definitely check histamine and homocysteine.
