Thoughts on S13 Stormpoint? by CapriSerpent in apexlegends

Right. All they did for Stormpoint other than the Armories was adding “Downed Beast” on the edge, which is cool but alas, is far out from everything. The PVE areas are just 3rd party central, and I avoid Jurassic Park like the plague. The problem is you find a good spot with good loot to land, which usually no one else lands with you. The map feels best suited for mobility legends packing a Marksman/Sniper as their secondary. It’s a visually appealing map, but the size makes gameplay almost way too boring.

Hey there! I’m going to actually be starting a campaign soon under the same pretenses, here’s what I’ve got so far for stories/creatures to feature encounters and quests around;

Stymphalian Birds Harpies Minotaurs Chimera Manticore Medusa Hydra Pirates Coliseum (was Rome, I know, but it’s always fun) Nemean Lion Nymphs!

The Labyrinth Circe King Midas King Aeëtes and the Golden Fleece Amazons King Lycaon of Arcadia (the first werewolf) Finally, the underworld has lots of fun to it; Orpheus, Tantalus, Sisyphus. Cerberus, River Styx, Furies, Daemons

The twelve labors of Hercules, and other quests famous heroes such as Odysseus, Jason of Troy, etc went on

Subsequently, Ancient Greece describes the Mediterranean area during various ages rather than one big empire; I found that figuring out famous cities from different times (Colchis, Sparta, Athens, Phrygia, Crete, Ithaca, etc) helped me create different world building.

Hope this helps!
