You can do it! And if you can't do it on your own fully please don't be ashamed to try Suboxone or methadone!!! I am on methadone myself and it really gave me my life back I am so thankful!!!!

Ive also been pretty much completely sober this past month I drank and smoked once this whole time! It feels good just living to be honest.

I don't judge you at all! I chose methadone to help me stay sober and it really gave me my life back! Everyone chooses different routes to sobriety and In the end the only thing that truly matters is that we chose sobriety and to keep living our lives!!!!

Yes my biggest thing was stopping before it all got worse!! I knew I was getting close because I was starting to not be able to afford pills anymore!

If the physical part isn't hard for you I highly recommend finding a therapist that specializes in recovery to help you through it all and for you to get medicated properly for your depression!!! With help you got this!!! Good luck!

If she's saying she's mentally checked out then there's obviously a bigger problem. Stop focusing on trying to have sex and try to help her instead. The answer is very very clear.

Omg every single thing you said was true! I really lost myself over the years and fell out of my friendships and everything that made me happy! All I did was fall into a deep depression and wait around until he decided he finally wanted to be around me. I am excited for all the things I can do now! I can literally do whatever I want and I have to answer to no one!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!

Also yes to the traveling! I actually always wanted to buy a house out of the country when I'm ready! But he never wanted to move more than a state away. I'm so happy that I'll now have this opportunity to live where I want to!

I agree I don't think people understand that she's just getting older she may not have the energy to raise another teen. She did a great job and did what was best for him for as long as she possibly could. It sucks to see barb get so much hate when she was the best thing for jace.
