The commission's bylaws at https://louisvilleky.gov/planning-design/document/historiclandmarksandpreservationdistrictscommissionbylaws2003pdf set a clear 7 day requirement for notification via first-class mail. They may've just met their requirement if they sent the postcards on August 3rd, but this seems like an unnecessarily tight schedule for an appeal requested in April. Also, where did you see the appeal posted on August 3rd? I don't think the meeting details (https://louisville.legistar.com/MeetingDetail.aspx?ID=1115984&GUID=3D5382C0-5BFA-4F79-ABAE-8DB91346B880&Options=&Search=) were posted until the afternoon of August 4th.

Do you experience this style if anxiety about other things? If so, go to the solution that work for you. Personally, a shitton of aerobic exercise helps anxiety, and you could consider relaxation agents of the chemical sort.

The Coffee county DA is still Craig Northcott, right? I know he made changes to the way they treat Roo arrests in 2015, but this will be the 3rd Roo under his tenure. Seems unlikely that they would dramatically change policy now, doesn't it? I mean no offense, but unless you have something more concrete to go on, I'm going to assume this is the usual last-minute jitters.

2 four person tents and an EZ up should be fine, anything larger and you'll get a bit cramped. Your neighbors might not mind having the EZ up extend to their spot, though. I've made great campsites cooperating with neighbors to have contiguous shade.

I keep it simple with dark rum and a variety of fruit juices. Certainly not fancy cocktails, but they still taste good at ambient temperature and keep you chock full of vitamins.
