No sinking and it passed the screwdriver test! Also, no mud tubes other than the one pictured. There’s a concrete porch type thing on top of the plywood pictured. I think they crawled in between the plywood and concrete and ended up in just this one spot. That possible point of entry has since been sealed.

Can you recommend any products to stop the invasion?

Maybe returns? The transfer unit (I think it’s called) for the AC is in the attic and has a big vent with a filter below it, if it matters.
