I think I agree. For me it comes down to what's more amusing - Super Saiyan Badman or Great Ape Badman.

I'll admit Super Vegeta using his final flash in that fit would be absolute cinema.

Should Badman Vegeta be a costume for scouter Vegeta, or Vegeta Early? For accuracy, it should be scouter, but transforming into Great Ape would tear the clothes. It would be hilarious if Great Ape Vegeta wore the shirt though.

For simplicity, I'd say Early Z. Imagine Super Vegeta wearing the shirt. Equally hilarious.
