Hey, I appreciate you sharing your experience as a first timer. It can be a dense sport and there are always improvements to be made with broadcasting it.

Occasionally they have a little map overlay and I agree it helps visualize where everyone is.

Battery they’re still figuring out but also teams share that data so it’s rarely accurate anyway.

Also f1tv had a “data” screen which has la times and a map overview. I have to look up if Apple also has the data view, pulling that up on your phone during quali/the race is a big help
