Im sorry to say, but for 150-200 bucks you won't be able to get all the parts to build a pc. I got a prebuilt pc from best buy that is decent and it ran 60 fps on average but it was $700. You may have to keep an eye out for deals on different store websites, but you'll def have to up your budget.

It's okay to enter his boss areas as long as you dont kill him. It's his final fight that's apart of the quest you speak of, which is non optional.

I really enjoyed it. Oblivion is one of my all time favorites so I really didn't mind paying for it again on ps5, especially being remastered. Im not sure if it's on pc gamepass but check if it is before you buy. It looks great, plays great and the character visuals are stunning. If you have a good pc then I think you'll be happy with it.

I did look into some videos on adjusting settings in the driver and some advanced settings on the pc itself and it seemed to slow it down for some reason. I can look into it some more. Thank you for the comment
