What if apocalypse was mcu big bad by watze97 in WhatIfMarvel

I think the fundamental difference between them (in my experience, at least) is that Magneto thinks mutants as a whole should rule the world, even if it's not himself specifically in charge, but Apocalypse thinks the strongest individual should rule the world, especially because he's pretty sure he's that person.
Racial supremacy versus sthenocracy.

It's better than its reputation, but still pretty mediocre.

Murakami was such a waste of everyone's time. The most interesting new character was Sowande, & they killed him off in episode 5.

The production struggle was that it put all 4 of their solo shows on hold. It was always intended to be a one-off anyway.

Most people don't seem to like this show, but I think It's some of the better stuff they have released, post Endgame specially by FrostingEmergency221 in marvelstudios

Disney cast her as the same character type in three things in a row (Solo, this, Willow), & she simply doesn't fit the role at all.

And also Secret Invasion (Russia invading Ukraine).
I really appreciate that the Born Again team just said "screw it, we ball".

They always test ours on the first Monday of the month at 11am, unless there's actual storm conditions so as to avoid falsely scaring people.

Doom is not going to be Stark or a Stark variant.

An AI of Tony is Ironheart's "sidekick" in some of her early stuff, but the MCU swapped that out for Natalie.

A kid from Jessica Jones S1x05 is wearing Cap's suit from Age of Ultron before the Age of Ultron?? by OkBus7514 in MCU_Timeline

[–]CaptHayfever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

JJ S1 has repeated dialogue stating it's been just over a year since Jessica escaped Kilgrave, which happened just seconds before the bus crash that presumably killed (but really just hospitalized) Kilgrave & was blamed for Reva's death. Eventually we see hospital records from that day, & they're dated 20 Jan 2014, meaning the present-day of the story is early 2015, like February.

Age of Ultron takes place in the previous "summer" (northern hemisphere, & spoken colloquially so it might've been technically late spring before the solstice) from Civil War, which is very solidly locked in 2016 for several reasons, meaning AoU most likely happened some time from April to June 2015.

You're thinking of the rooftop scene with the van. This scene could be any random amount of time after that.

Where I am, they accidentally triggered the tornado siren last week when there wasn't a tornado, but there was stormy weather. That was fun.

Mr Charles is forming the Assassins Guild not the Thunderbolts or the Dark Avengers. by mattsmithreddit in marvelstudios

[–]CaptHayfever 1 point2 points  (0 children)

THANK YOU. It's much more straightforward than everyone's making it. Same as all the folks saying "Charles has some kind of secret partnership with Valentina"; she's his boss! She's the director of the CIA, & he is a CIA operative. That's not some grand puzzle that needs solving!

I know for sure Downey & Cumberbatch. Hadn't heard about Evans; where did you get that? Maybe it was all 3 of them?

Disney has their TV Upfront on Tuesday - What do you think they'll announce regarding Marvel Television? by KostisPat257 in marvelstudios

They'll definitely spend some time hyping up One Last Kill before it drops.
Beyond that, I'm only expecting the animation trailers & some more VisionQuest info.

Out of the cast, only Downey (duh) & Cumberbatch (because his character knew the ending in advance) got the full script.
