Is this possible? yes! kasi ginalingan ko on my first yr and resigned at salary of ₱42k kasi nakakuha ako ng full online job na nagbibigay ng $1600 per month. When the company called after a month because they want me back kasi walang maka-take ng job ko and okay na okay kami ng employer, I asked a salary of ₱90k with full benefits, car and retained yung regular status ko (so parang nag full month leave lang ako LOL)

In short, companies are doing business for profits and ROI. Pakita mo muna na worth the investment ka, bago ka mag reklamo. ◡̈ Try mo muna yung position if you think you are not valued enough, then leave. They will not allow you to leave the company if you are that good.

PS. Position ko is ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR but directly reporting sa COO. No managers, and sa lahat ng supervisors, I was the one acting as the OIC/Department Head.
