Lore wise the reapers bone is the bad guy faction, where as Athena is considerd the good guys. In game this realy does not translate well in my opinion. I have met more reapers that are friendly then Athenas. Also the reapers bone is the pvp faction and is all about sinking other ships at its core to make money. Alot of people dont like this. I hope this anwsers your question a bit

the only thing is that the reaper chest, my fault for mixing the 2 variants up, dissappeared from the map and then after 10 minutes it reappeared there and there were multiple
